It has a stove top warming zone, which is so useful in warming up food. It also comes with a convection oven, which is great because it does not heat up my kitchen like a regular oven. The convection oven also cooks food around 30% faster so it is great for fast meals.
Additionally there is a main oven as well which is like any old oven. It is rather large and can accommodate a lot of food, which is extremely wonderful for our large Thanksgiving dinners. Another plus for Thanksgiving is that it includes a setting for "Perfect Turkey" and it actually stops cooking when the popper comes out almost simultaneously.
This range saves electrical power because when it is not used it goes into sleep mode, so it actually reduced my electricity bill. The range is so stylish looking; it does not look out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works just like a grill and we actually got rid of our grill because we had no use for it any further. The broiler cooked food just like our $2,000 grill.
Some advantages to electric stoves on the whole are that water actually boils faster than a gas range. Also, the stove distributes heat so well that you don't have to move your food around the oven to brown both sides equally. It makes cooking so uncomplicated, even my husband can't mess up our dinner with this range. And finally, sauces are also simmered more steadily as the electricity is evenly dispersed.
The oven underneath is very roomy and holds around six cubic feet so it can hold a large amount of food just as any typical oven. Another key item is that I am able to preset different meals and temperatures so that I just hit the button and it cooks that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to maintain. It used to take so long to clean my previous range, the grates were so difficult to scrub, but this doesn't have grates, so you can just wipe the surface top of the stove.
So just to summarize, this has been the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at twenty six hundred dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so easy to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric stoves out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
